This beginner friendly online course explains the rules in simple, practical steps, helping recreational players feel more confident on court.

You’ll learn:
• A short introduction to padel and its history
• The court, equipment and basic gameplay
• Serving, receiving and keeping score
• How to use the walls and understand the mesh
• What happens when someone touches the net, a ball falls from a pocket, or the ball hits a player
• Court etiquette and how to approach your first match

Includes eight self-paced lessons, practice questions with feedback, a downloadable courtside reference and an Active Education certificate of completion.

Allow approximately 35–40 minutes. No previous padel experience is needed.
